These conditions apply to all Holidays and govern your relationship with Ski Goddess. Please read them carefully

Your Holiday contract is made between Ski Goddess (“Ski Goddess” or “we/us”) and the person named on the
booking form (“you”). Your “Holiday” means the holiday and Ski Goddess course booked by you or someone on
your behalf. When a booking is made, the ‘lead name’ on the booking guarantees that he or she has the authority
to accept and does accept these booking conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking form, and
acknowledges that these terms and conditions apply to all such persons.
After we receive your completed booking form, we will send you a confirmation email and invoice for your holiday.
When we receive your deposit payment a binding agreement will come into existence between us and the ‘lead
name’. This contract is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of
England and Wales. Upon receipt of your confirmation letter and invoice, it is your responsibility to check that all
the details are correct, and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
The information and price guidelines shown on our website are correct at the time of publication, however
may have changed by the time you come to book your arrangements. You must therefore ensure you check
the price and all other details of your chosen arrangements with us at the time of booking.
It is a condition of your holiday contract that you and all the persons named on the confirmation invoice have adequate winter sports insurance cover to cover their particular individual needs as well as the activities to be undertaken on the holiday. Please note that ordinary travel insurance does not automatically include winter sports activities as standard, and it is your responsibility to ensure this cover is in place. However to cover all eventualities, you should ensure that the insurance policy covers skiing of piste with or without a guide (noting that it is possible to inadvertently ski of piste). Standard winter sports insurance may be sufficient for some courses such as Novice or Level 1 courses.
Your travel insurance, from a reputable provider must at least include the following: –
The policy posted on our website is available from MPI Brokers and satisfies these conditions –
In the event that you or any other persons within your party do not hold suitable insurance cover. we shall not be liable for any costs incurred or claims made against us as a result of this failure.
Ski Goddess Ltd is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ” The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018” all passengers booking with Ski Goddess Ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Ski Goddess Ltd. This insurance has been arranged by The Travel Vault in conjunction with Towergate Travel through Zurich Insurance PLC.
In the unlikely event of Insolvency, you must Inform Towergate Travel immediately on +44 (0) 1932 334140 or by email at email@example.com . Please ensure you retain the booking confirmation form as evidence of cover and value.
Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid for Travel Insurance
The price guidelines on our website are correct at time of website publication, however, Ski Goddess reserves the right to raise or lower its prices at any time. Before you make a booking we will give you the up to date price including the cost of any peak-season supplements, upgrades or additional facilities which you may have requested.
The price of your Ski Goddess Course and all related arrangements are calculated using the rate of exchange rates at the time of your booking and known costs on that date. We reserve the right to change prices due to exchange rate fluctuations in excess of 2%.
A non-refundable deposit of £175 is required for you and all other persons in your party at the time of booking. The final balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. If payment is not promptly received by this date, we reserve the right to resell the place and treat your holiday as cancelled and apply the cancellation charges set out in Section 7
If, after our deposit invoice has been issued, you wish to change your booking arrangements in any way, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be from the ‘lead name’ on the booking. If we receive notification less than 10 weeks in advance of the holiday you will be asked to pay an administration charge of £30 per person (plus any further cost we incur in making this alteration). When we can meet a request for an alteration we will confirm the amendment by email and issuing a revised invoice where appropriate.
Note: Certain arrangements may not be amended after they have been confirmed and any alteration could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements. In some cases, any changes made may mean you having to pay for the cancelled arrangements and purchasing new ones at full cost.
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification by mail or email from the ‘lead name’ on the booking, must be received by Ski Goddess. Since costs are incurred in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges shown in the grid below.
You can cancel your holiday for personal, and or Covid related reasons using this grid. See below for cancellations due to official restrictions on travel.
In cases where cancellation charges made by our suppliers are higher than the cost of the deposit, we may pass the charge on to you. Please ask for full details and we will notify you of the specific charges applicable to your booking. Note: Certain arrangements may not be cancelled after they have been confirmed and any cancellation could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements.
If you would like to amend or change the date of your holiday, please notify us as in writing as soon as possible.
We will do our best to make the change but cannot guarantee to do so; there will be a minimum charge of £30
per person to do so. Any additional costs due to diference in holiday price will also be payable.
You may transfer your holiday package to another person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to that package. In order to do so you must give us notice in writing of your intention at least 7 days before the package is due to start. We will inform you of any additional fees, charges or other costs relating to the transfer of your Ski Goddess trip.
If you contract Covid 19 or mutations of within 2 weeks of the date of travel and have to cancel the holiday, you will be liable for 80% of the holiday cost. You may be able to make a claim on your insurance. We know many insurers will cover Covid-19 on a personal illness basis. We would suggest that you check this with your insurer at the time of or before booking your holiday with us.
If you book a twin room and start to show any symptoms within the 2 weeks prior to travel, and if tests are available to you, you must take a test. You will need to cancel your holiday if you test positive for Covid 19 or mutations of.
If you show symptoms of Covid 19 whilst on your Ski Goddess holiday you will have to isolate from the rest of the group, follow local guidelines and contact your insurer about medical treatment or repatriation if appropriate.
Your holiday arrangements are planned many months in advance and on rare occasions, it may be necessary for us to make changes to your holiday arrangements, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. In the majority of cases these changes will be minor, but if they are of a more substantial nature we will do our best to advise you prior to your departure. Major changes would include change of accommodation to a lower standard. In the unlikely event of this occurring, you would be entitled to a refund equivalent to the difference in price between the original and revised holiday arrangements.
We reserve the right cancel your holiday in the event of changes caused by (but not limited to) war or threat of war; riot; civil strife; hostilities; political unrest; government action; industrial dispute; natural or other disaster; nuclear incident; terrorist activity; weather conditions including lack of snow; closure of airports; closure of pistes; closure of ski lifts; fire; flood; drought; re-scheduling or cancellation of flights and technical problems with transportation and all similar events outside our control.
