Created by client demand we have our annual Ski Yoga course.
A huge fan of yoga myself, I know from experience how beneficial it is for my skiing physically and mentally.

Prices start from £1,750 (all inclusive except flights).
A normal daily schedule on the Ski Yoga course goes a little like this:
7am Roll out of bed onto your mat for dreamy, incense infused, wake up yoga with Nina. She will get you stretching and activating the key muscles, joints and movements that we will be focusing on that day.
9.30am On the slopes for plenty of training and a nice light lunch.
3.30pm Back to the chalet for your 1hr 15mins stretch and release ~ A great wind down and no achy ski legs! – At all!
5.30pm Video analysis sessions
6.30pm Hot tub and bubbly apéritif!
7.30pm Delightful meal cooked by health retreat experts.
